What data we process and why

Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we process your name, email address, company, telephone number and the content of your message in order to answer your request. Consent to the processing is required to send the form. Legal basis: [TO BE DEFINED]. Retention: [TO BE DEFINED].

Preventing misuse of the form. To limit automated submissions, for each IP address that uses the form the site keeps only a fingerprint calculated with a secret key (the IP address itself is not stored) and the times of the submissions. This data expires automatically and is deleted after 6 hours. The content of the messages is not kept on the site. Legal basis: [TO BE DEFINED].

Email. Messages received from the form or written to one of our addresses reach the company mailbox, which uses Microsoft 365. [TO BE DEFINED: role of Microsoft and retention]

YouTube video. The site loads nothing from YouTube until you click the video preview. After the click the video is loaded from YouTube (Google), which may collect data according to its own privacy policy.

What we do not do

The site uses no analytics tools, no reCAPTCHA, and loads no fonts, scripts or other content from third-party services. The map link leads to an external site only if you open it.
